  • The client had just migrated their DTC site (light.bio) from Ecwid to Shopify and urgently needed proper data collection for upcoming ad campaigns.

  • Needed confirmation and troubleshooting of Google Analytics (GA4) integration, and setup for reliable tracking.

  • Sought help to process and organize address data by state and zip within Shopify for more granular reporting.

  • Faced roadblocks integrating Creator.Co’s API (for influencer tracking) with both Shopify and Google Analytics.

  • Repeated issues with Meta Business Suite verification blocked essential team member onboarding and business access.

  • Pixel was missing, limiting remarketing and conversion tracking.

Project execution

  • Audited and completed GA4 integration with Shopify to ensure all sales and site activity would be properly tracked for future campaigns.

  • Guided and implemented Facebook Pixel connection to Shopify for enhanced Meta ads tracking and retargeting capabilities.

  • Processed and separated address/order data by state and zip code (leveraging Shopify exports and custom data logic).

  • Liaised with the Creator.Co team and Light Bio to troubleshoot and enable Creator.Co’s API connections to Shopify and GA.

  • Provided ongoing Shopify and tracking support—responded to all technical issues, handled data requests, and kept the store optimized for analytics.

  • Consulted on Meta Business Suite—guided the client through admin verification and supported team member onboarding (solving the 2FA/verification SMS issue).

Provided ongoing support via Zoom and direct communications, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Project results

  • Full data tracking and attribution enabled across Shopify, GA4, and Meta, giving the brand confidence for upcoming paid campaigns and influencer activations.
